The Concierge exists for private correspondence: acquisitions, presentations, sizing guidance, gifting, appointments and requests that require the House directly.
It is not a sales desk. It is the point at which the House speaks personally.
Before acquisition
Before a piece is acquired, the Concierge can advise on size, line, material, occasion and presentation. The purpose is not to push a choice, but to ensure the right piece enters the right life.
Presentation
VERANI pieces may be prepared for personal acquisition, gifting, private viewing or presentation. The House treats presentation as part of the work, not as an afterthought.
